Great Bible Study  Site

We’ve just completed a study of the entire book of Revelation and our Father told us, almost on a day to day summary, exactly what the end-days, end of time or end of this dispensation was going to be like.

A lot of havoc and turmoil for those that didn’t possess the seal of our Father in their brain, their conscious mind, but He also told us that those that knew who the false messiah really was would go through this five-month period of time totally unscathed. Not a hair on their head would be disturbed.

Why would they be protected? Because we chose to follow and love Him and not Satan/Antichrist. And we should now have a good understanding of what it will be like in the end, so let’s find out how it was in the beginning. Not by going to Genesis but even before that.

It’s called the Age that Was. And, of course, we can’t just talk about one age and leave the others out because an understanding of all three is necessary to get the entire picture.

There are basically two trains of thought as to how human beings came to be. One is the scientific evolution of single cell amoebas while the other is Creation by a Superior Being.

Up until the 18th century (1700-1799) the general thought about humanity and how we got here centered on the Bible. Bishop Ussher calculated the existence of humanity to begin around October 23rd, 4004 BC.

4004 BC; a year that a lot of Christians believe to be true because in the King James Bible, 1611, the date in the left column in chapter one of Genesis is 4004. Most Christians haven’t narrowed the time down to a month and day but it’s very, very interesting to me, concerning that month and day. It’s only about two months off from the actual birth date of our Lord: on or about 23rd of September.

And, of course, the,  "this here earth is only 6000 years old" , mantra, is where that originated. 4004 years before Christ and 2015 years after Christ. (Generally). No mention at all of the sixth-day Creation.

If you want to know more on that subject, go to the chapter called Christmas in my book, Time, Truth & Wisdom, and using the book of Luke and some basic knowledge of the courses the Levitical Priests served in the Temple and the time frame that they did so, a person can come up with the exact month and approximate day of His birth. Using the Scriptures themselves and not the calculations of men.

Time goes on and we come to the 17th and 18th centuries, when biology was becoming prominent in science and really went no further than categorizing life forms, rather than explaining how they got here.

At the end of the 18th century, Georges Leclerc theorized that the earth was about 75,000 years old and that apes and humans were related to one another. He didn’t believe that one species could turn into a different species but an individual specie COULD, alter some of their own characteristics.

It was Jean-Baptiste Lamarck that put forward the idea that life forms began microscopically, hence the one-cell amoeba being the basis of all life forms.

Then in 1831 ‘ole Charlie Darwin, while studying animals on the Galapagos Islands, put his theories and ideas in book form, On the Origin of the Species, and the rest is history, as they like to say.

  • One man changed the course of the religious beliefs of millions of people. Fascinating. But also bear in mind, this was a THEORY of Charlie Darwin, not a FACT of Darwin. Millions of people, who might have previously thought that they were created by our Father now believed that they came from a monkey.

Satan is at work here…keep them guessing about the truth of humankind right up until the end.

And their children will believe it as well because that’s what they’ll teach them in the public school system. Oh no, we can’t teach them creationism…we have to keep religion and government separated from each other.

It’s always difficult to get the pulse of the people because the news media tells us what they want us to hear and you can go to independent news sites to get the real truth that you don’t get from CNN or MSNBC but still you haven’t heard what the people in a local restaurant at breakfast are saying. The only time you hear from them is when they are polled during an election.

Personally, I think that there are quite a few people just like you and I who think just like we do. And I use you because if you’re on this web site you are definitely not mainstream America and God bless you for that.

We may not have a feel for economics or politics or Washington or politicians but when it comes down to getting some truth that can really affect your life our Father gives us a whole book that is full of it. And thank Him for that.

And something that is REALLY interesting is that in 1830, one year prior to ‘ole Charlie and his theory of evolution, comes Margaret MacDonald, born and living in Port Glasgow, Scotland,  fifteen years of age and quite sickly at the time, she had a vision of a pre-tribulation rapture of the saints, before the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

John Nelson Darby and his buddy, Benjamin Wills Newton, picked up on this vision and ran with it. ‘Ole Darby was the founder of the Plymouth Brethren and when he set up a tent, filled it with chairs and started preachin’, he sure could draw a crowd.

And thus the Rapture Theory was born. In the space of two years the world was presented with a new outlook on how we got here, the Theory of Evolution, and a new outlook on how we get outta’ here with the Rapture Theory.

Dave McPherson has written several books on the rapture theory and he’s documented his work beyond belief.  A lot of what happened during the time of MacDonald and Darby was recorded on paper and much of it still exists in the Archives of England and Scotland.

From the time that St. Paul began to set up the churches until this woman, in 1830, had this vision and from it developed the Rapture Theory, the church itself never spoke of, preached on or advocated such a theory. Not for over 1800 years. How is it possible that so many people can buy into this garbage with nothing in the Scriptures to back it up?

And then suddenly, there it was, it was believed and it had no Scriptural documentation to support it. Good job Satan.

And then you add to this mix: Ms. MacDonald’s two brothers, James and George, they went out and started pushing charismatic speaking in tongues and this took hold within the church and Satan was having a very, very good time in a very, very short time.

The Theory of Evolution, the Rapture Theory/Doctrine and speaking in tongues. The only other false religious rituals left to popularize were the fly-away doctrine and the any-moment doctrine. And they took hold soon enough and became standard teaching in many churches.

  • One woman, Margaret MacDonald, changed the course of the religious beliefs of millions of people.

While we’re here and the subject is the effect that one person can have on millions and millions of people, let’s cover one more and her name is Madalyn Murray O’Hair. She was the founder of the American Atheists and is credited with having prayer in public schools banned. That isn’t true.

Her lawsuit, Murray vs Curlett, went to the Supreme Court in 1963 and when they ruled FOR her it prohibited the reading of the Bible in public schools.

One year prior to this, in the case of Engle vs Vitale, in 1962, the Supreme Court prohibited sponsored prayer in public schools.

One woman, Madalyn Murray O’Hair, changed a part of the school system for millions of children.

If you think that Satan doesn’t work in our lives today I hope that this opens your spiritual eyes and changes how you think about that.

It would be great if the Bible were written in such a way so as to make information on certain subjects easier to find but it’s not, so we’re going to skip around a little to accumulate the knowledge that we’re looking for.

Our subject is the world that was and we’re going to extract the information from the books of Psalms, Ephesians, 2nd Peter, Genesis, Jeremiah, Isaiah and Job. Sometimes an entire chapter will help us, sometimes just a single verse will give us a nugget of information and then we have to make sense of it all.

     Let’s start with Psalms;

Psalms 104:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. KJV

Our Father has a look of grandeur, magnificence and splendor about Him. We talk to Him through prayer but sometimes we just need to TALK to Him. You can do it aloud or privately within your thoughts. And by the way, Satan cannot read our thoughts. He is not omnipotent, omnipresent or omniscient, as is our Father.

It’s not your human brain or lips or vocal cords that speaks but your soul; your heart, if you will. And talking about the soul, the next time that you have an opportunity to look at or hold a newborn baby, do it.

And while you’re holding that little guy allow your mind to grasp the fact that the soul in this brand new flesh and blood body was standing in the presence of Almighty God just a few months earlier.

You could almost touch a bit of literal heaven when you hold this one. You will certainly, physically, not get any closer to our Father than holding that child with that soul inside.

Our Father is clothed with honor and majesty and we will be clothed with our righteous acts in the Eternity.

Psalms 104:2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: KJV

The Shekinah glory of God. He created the heavens and when we stand here on earth they stretch as far as the eye can see.

Psalms 104:3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: KJV

What are beams used for? They are used for the foundation, the floor upon which many things are built. This word wind is ruwach and it means breath, breath of life or soul. His soul, His being can use the clouds as His vehicle; He can ride the wind if He so chooses.

Psalms 104:4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: KJV

His angels are souls in spiritual bodies, just like you and I used to be before He placed our soul in our mamma's womb. His ministers serve Him and during the Millennium they will be judges and priests and they will be righteous for they proved themselves during the age that we’re now studying.

     They are His Election.

Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: KJV

There is a lot said in this verse. We’re studying about the world that was, the age that was, before our Father created these flesh and blood bodies. The foundation of the world is the beginning of this earth age that we are now living in, not the one of old, that age that was.

Foundation in the Greek is Katabole’ and it means a deposition.

       Foundation_NT:2602  katabole (kat-ab-ol-ay'); from NT:2598; a deposition, i.e. founding; figuratively, conception:

     ✡  Root Word_NT:2598  kataballo (kat-ab-al'-lo); from NT:2596 and NT:906; to throw down:

     Overthrow.

In this case, it’s a statement of faith from our Father to us, His children, that He would NOT destroy all of His creation because of the one-third that revolted against Him in the age that was, that first heaven/earth age.

And it’s always good practice, when using the Strong’s Concordance, whether it be in the language of Hebrew or Greek, to take a word definition back to its root.

This is that war in heaven that you might have read about before. A rebellion in the world that was, the first heaven/earth age, when we were all in spiritual bodies when, as we will see from Job, we all sang for joy because all was peaceful in heaven at that time.

This war and overthrow may sound foreign to you because this is never taught, especially in churches, we’re all supposed to believe that nothing like this could ever happen in heaven.

Our Father wanted companionship. He did not have it at the beginning of His creating. That’s difficult for us to believe but we are hampered greatly with an earthly mind that only uses 10% of its full capacity. We will use 100% of our capacity during the Millennium and the Eternity. Revelation tells us that we, you and I, were created for His pleasure.

Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. KJV

Our Father continues His creation of the heavens and the earth in Psalms:

Psalms 104:5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. KJV

This happened millions of years ago. Don’t let this word foundations confuse you because Psalms is written in Hebrew, Old Testament, while foundation in Ephesians is Greek, New Testament, so neither word will have exactly the same meaning.

Want to know why this earth, this terra firma, the dirt that makes up this planet, will never be destroyed by nuclear device or global warming or asteroids or any number of possible global catastrophes?

Our Father promises it right here in Psalms: that it should not be removed for ever, and when Father says forever, He means exactly that. It will be here after our Lord returns, during and after the Millennium and throughout the Eternity.

The ages will change but there’s only three of them: the one of long ago; the one in which we currently live and the combination of the Millennium and Eternity. These two are together because we will be back in a spiritual body during both of them.

Psalms 104:6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.KJV

This verse recounts the changes that our Father made during the transition from the age that was, the first heaven/earth age, to the age which is now, the era of the earth that we live in today.

In the first heaven/earth age there was no water here on the surface of the earth. All of the vegetation and trees and such was watered by the dew that settled each night.

There were no mountains, no oceans, no seas, no streams, no rivers, no rain and no icecaps at the North and South poles in the age that was.

When our Father transitioned this planet from the first age to this age, He moved the axis of the earth a little bit out of kilter. The pole that the earth rotates around was perfectly aligned in the age of long ago but when Father changed it, it moved anywhere from 7 degrees to 25 degrees off of plumb.

This is the reason that land surveyors calculate True North and Magnetic North on all of their property plats. And the difference, 7-25 degrees changes as you move across America. On the West coast it might be negative 7 degrees, in Chicago it might be 25 degrees and in New York City it might be positive 7 degrees.

The earth is now tilted slightly and this is what causes the different seasons throughout the year. There were no seasons in the age of long ago because the earth rotated perfectly and the sun’s rays hit the earth equally.

By doing this, did our Father give us seasons… on purpose? Did He want us to have all the yearly changes because in the first heaven/earth age there was only one season: Pleasant.

Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: KJV

Yep. He created seasons intentionally, probably for our diversity. To relieve the boredom of every day looking just like the previous and the ones thereafter. Seasons would break the year up into four distinct phases, four easily discernible phases, to give us a feeling of time passing.

  • I want to insert something here…I don’t think that heaven is going to be anything like we think or expect it to be. We already know that the Millennium will be here on earth, with some modifications of course, Christ telling the Apostles that when He returns that not one stone will be left atop another which means, in my mind, everything will be changed from what we knew things to be.

But there will be people walking around, some going to the Temple to see Christ, some living just outside the Temple, others living in surrounding areas but that’s just about all that Ezekiel would let us know.

I don’t believe that the Eternity will be billions and billions of souls paying respect and loving our Father twenty-four hours a day. That would get old after a while. And then we have the trees on either side of that river that bears fruit twelve times a year and that fruit is for the healing of nations. Does this relieve the boredom?

We’ll be in spiritual bodies, will we need housing? Our Father has already said, through Jeremiah, that there were cities here on earth before He took the water from the firmament and covered the earth with it. We were in spiritual bodies back then, in the first heaven/earth age, and we apparently lived in cities.

And notice that cities is plural, there was more than one. Well, how many? Who built them? Were they made from the trees that were there?

Jeremiah 4:26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord, and by his fierce anger.

Jeremiah 4:27 For thus hath the Lord said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end. KJV

So many questions, so few answers.

But since the earth is now tilted, as it rotates, it puts one pole angled closer to the sun than the other pole and as time moves throughout the year this process reverses itself.

During the summer in North America we are tilted closer to the sun than South America which means that while we experience summer during this time, South America experiences winter.

This also facilitates the growing of seasonal vegetables and their being available, for consumption around the world, all year long. They grow north of the equator for six months and south of the equator for six months. Pretty cool. Our Father has all the bases covered.

Scientists will try to have you believe that something, a very large meteor they postulate, gave this earth a direct hit and that’s what knocked it off kilter. They don’t know exactly WHAT it was or WHERE it hit or WHEN it hit or how BIG it was or WHAT it was made of but we’re still expected to be obedient government children and believe that a meteor hit Mother Earth and that’s what knocked it out of kilter.

The hand of our Father seems more plausible than a meteor that’s never been seen but then I believe in the Creator and they don’t. The hand of God or an unknown rock? Good grief, people.

Some of you are probably just dying to ask this question so I’ll ask it for you: where did all the water that’s on earth today come from? The firmament. (Well, I never.)

This word in the Hebrew is  raqiya`:

✡  OT:7554 raqa` (raw-kah'); a primitive root; to pound the earth (as a sign of passion); by analogy to expand (by hammering); by implication, to overlay (with thin sheets of metal):

Does the word metal come to your mind when you look up at the sky? Probably not but you can read the chapter on The Firmament in my book, Time, Truth & Wisdom; it will give you a much more in-depth study than what I’ll give here.

All of the water that is here on earth today was suspended in a layer around this earth in the first heaven/earth age. Why was it there to begin with? Apparently even spiritual bodies needed protection from the rays of the sun, much as the ozone layer protects us today. Spiritual bodies are incredibly similar to our flesh and blood bodies. They can eat our food and we can eat theirs, for one thing. (Remember Manna?)

  • Let me insert something else here: there is a small amount of atmospheric leakage into space yearly on a molecular level, especially with hydrogen, but since Creation, every drop of water that our Father created is still held within our atmosphere, with the exception of what has been carried into space and ejected there by astronauts and their vehicles.

So when California says that they’re running out of water it only means IN THAT AREA. The water that usually falls in California is now falling someplace else. We will never run completely out of water because it will always be here, constrained to earth by atmosphere and gravity but we might run out in the place where we are at, at any given time.

Something else about water is that it’s the only liquid on earth that becomes lighter when in solid form. We call it ice. When the top of a lake or pond freezes over the ice on top floats. If it didn’t, it would sink to the bottom and eventually kill anything that lives there.

During particularly cold winters, the lake or pond may freeze over dozens of times and if the ice fell to the bottom of the lake or pond each time, by spring there would be many, many layers of ice on the bottom that would kill most everything there.

  • Just thought you needed to know that. (LOL)

These similarities have to be the basis of His Creation. Would He have made spiritual bodies out of solid steel that drank machine oil to survive and then His next Creation out of flesh and blood that needed water to survive? Not hardly.

Our flesh and blood bodies are an extension of the original Creation. Let’s just say that He may have “tweaked” those spiritual bodies in some fashion or another. These earthly bodies will die eventually but the former ones won’t. Unless He decides to do so.

When our Father decided to put all souls into flesh and blood bodies, He re-formed the surface of the earth to meet the wants and needs of His next Creation: flesh and blood. We found out in verse 6 of this chapter that He covered the entire planet with water. Where did that water come from? The firmament.

The circle is closed and we are back where we began.

We can develop a mental picture of what earth looked like after He covered it with the water from the first two verses in Genesis:

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. KJV

Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. KJV

This once beautiful round globe was now covered in water and darkness; fog perhaps rising from the pools of warmer water and He now begins to re-create.

I want you to take a real close look at the words and the earth was without form, and void and especially the word was. What does that word mean in the Hebrew? The word is hayah and it means to become:

✡  OT:1961 hayah (haw-yaw); a primitive root [compare OT:1933]; to exist, i.e. be or become, come to pass (always emphatic, and not a mere copula or auxiliary):

This earth wasn’t created void and without form because originally it was a solid land mass with all water contained in the firmament but when our Father allowed the water to cover the earth it became void and without form.

Our Father doesn’t create anything that is useless from the beginning.

Psalms 104:7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away. KJV

All He had to do was speak and the waters began to move.

Psalms 104:8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them. KJV

Psalms 104:9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth. KJV

The mountains began to rise up higher than the water and they no longer could turn on themselves and completely cover any longer, the shore lines and coast lines prevented that. Most people probably know that there are mountain ranges below the surface of the oceans. There are sheer cliffs where the plates that cover the earth have moved against one another and the edge of one has slid under the edge of another.

  • The Mariana Trench, in the Pacific Ocean is the deepest part at 36,070’ below the surface of the water.

  • Mount Everest is the highest part of the earth at 29,035’ above the surface of the water.

Now, this is supposition on my part, but what if you could take a large knife and slice all of the land mass that is above the surface of the oceans and place it in all the valleys and crevasses below the surface of the oceans? I think that it’s very possible that you would once again have a solid flat land surface world-wide that would again be covered by the water that used to be in the firmament.

Where else would our Father get the dirt, stones, rocks, granite and such to create the mountain ranges above the water? You can look at the relatively low-altitude Smokey Mountains in North Carolina and see the rock strata as it angles upwards, as though some force below was pushing everything upwards.

Push down over here, stuff comes up over there.

For those of you that might think that this was the flood of Noah’s time, you are wrong. The flood of Noah’s time was a local flood designed to exterminate the progeny of the fallen angels.

     Let’s go to 2nd Peter, chapter 3.

2nd Peter 3:1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: KJV

Both of these Epistles were written to His Election.

2nd Peter 3:2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: KJV

Those words spoken by the prophets back in the Old Testament.

2nd Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, KJV

Seen anybody walking around after their own lusts lately? How about that carjacker on the news last night? He wanted that Infinity QX30 because he was too lazy to work for it himself, he lusted after it and when he convinced himself that he could steal it without the owner blowing his head off with a 9mm, he just went ahead and took it.

Oh, he probably sold it to a chop-shop and got a couple of hundred bucks for it but that’s all he needed for those two 8-balls he wanted for that night.

Or your buddy trying to put the make on that married girl in the bar last weekend. He didn’t care about who he hurt, he wanted to have some fun with her and damn the consequences. He lusted after her.

Happens every day….lusting after the things that we don’t or cannot have.

2nd Peter 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. KJV

People don’t talk about His coming much nowadays. Did your preacher say anything about it last Sunday morning? Naw, didn’t think so. Too busy acting like the super preacher he thinks he is.

Be that as it may, folks have been waiting a very long time for His return and STILL it has yet to happen. Some people are living their lives as though they think He will NEVER return and they just might be able to squeak into heaven without anybody noticing it. Silly person.

2nd Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: KJV

Most times I don’t think that people consciously want to be ignorant of certain things in the Bible, they just don’t have anybody or know anybody that wants to teach them and if you aren’t aware of something that exists, how are you going to ask a question about it or decide if it’s true or not?

That’s one way of looking at it….blame someone else for letting our soul be deceived when you yourself should have picked up that Book and read it.

“But I can’t understand any of it, it’s too confusing to me.”

Then start with something easy, like the Gospels or Ecclesiastes or the book of James. You don’t have to start digging in with the book of Romans which is a doctrinal book with a lot of either/or examples. And even if you read the Gospels and don’t understand them our Father counts your efforts as complete, as though you understood every word and sentence.

There is absolutely no reason to blame someone else if your soul ends up in the Lake of Fire. IT’S YOUR FAULT.

I’ve had this site up and running for about 14 months now and I can count the number of visitors on the fingers of both hands. No need to even use toes, fingers will suffice. Oh, I’m not complaining or whining, I’ll keep writing as long as I’m able to because somewhere out there in this big ‘ole world is that one person who will eventually log in, he/she will read a little and maybe say: “Wow, how about that”.

That’s the one person that I’m seeking and I want the Father, through my typing skills, to touch that one person’s soul and have that little light come on. It’s not me that does it, it’s Him.

Are you that person I’ve been looking for?

2nd Peter 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: KJV

That’s the first earth age and when Father took the water from the firmament and allowed it to cover the earth entirely, not as in Noah’s flood, everything that was on this earth died. Were there human beings back then? Nope. Father hadn’t created human beings yet.

Were there Neanderthal men and women back then? Nope. Hominids of any type? Nope. Father had not and would not and will not create them ever.

Prehistoric vegetation eaters? Millions and millions of them. Some weighed 90 tons (180,000 pounds), about the weight of five African elephants combined, and stood 120’ high (as high as a 12 story building).

This entire planet was covered with trees and vegetation and it took millions and millions of these massive beasts to eat this vegetation and keep it under control. Science and the Bible do not have to contradict each other, indeed, they should complement one another.

We know that Neanderthals were not talked about in the Scriptures, because they never existed in the first place,  but what about these massive beasts?

There are four verses throughout Scripture where the word leviathan is used: Job 41:1; Psalms 74:14 and 104:26; and Isaiah 27:1.

Leviathan  OT:3882 livyathan (liv-yaw-thawn'); from OT:3867; a wreathed animal, i.e. a serpent (especially the crocodile or some other large seamonster); figuratively, the constellation of the dragon; also as a symbol of Bab.:

Considered by most to be either an alligator or a rhino. Either way, this guy is associated with the water.

And then we have the behemoth and our Father had a lot written about this guy.
