Why do the Wicked Always seem to get ahead?

Why does it seem that the wicked always get ahead. It’s more of a statement of fact than a question. We see it all around us. I know that we all want better things in this life but does it have to be done at the expense of everything else?

There is an acrostic in our Father’s letter to us and it’s found in the book of Psalms. What is an acrostic, you might ask. Well, I’m fixin’ to tell you. It’s a poem, word puzzle, or other composition in which certain letters in each line form a word or words.

In Father’s Word it is a hidden message that not everybody will know about. And it’s put there for that reason. For those that diligently read and try to understand what He’s telling us in the wonderful Book, there are truths imbedded within the verses and in Psalms 37, Father gave us one that addresses the question…why do the wicked always seem to get ahead while the rest of us that try to do right never seem to succeed?

     And here it is…

Psalms 37:7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

The second part of the acrostic is in verse 20…

Psalms 37:20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

And the third and final verse is verse 34…

Psalms 37:34 Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

Isn’t that wonderful? Three little verses put there by our Father, a hidden message to those of us that get discouraged by what happens in the world around us.
